CHICAGO – (Oct. 1, 2018) – Empirical brewery is closing their Rogers Park Brew Pub mid-October, leaving prime commercial space available for lease at 1330 W. Morse Ave. According to Empirical ownership, the company has decided to refocus their resources on beer distribution.
The building is owned by TAWANI Enterprises and managed by TAWANI Property Management.
