Here is how the program works:
Simply refer a friend, family member, co-worker, or anyone you know who is searching for a new apartment to call home. If they sign a lease and move into the apartment, YOU will receive $250* off of one month’s rent. Please remind them that they should mention the name of the resident who referred them during the application process. The referral will then be credited to your resident account after the first full month of your referred resident’s move in date.
